Our Services
A lot of game devs have a bit of a distaste for PR and marketing— it feels too "corporate", too "inauthentic". I get where you're coming from. I've been in your shoes before. But I am not the first person to point out that "build it and they will come" is, in the games industry, a myth. To paraphrase Extra Credits' Dan Floyd: if you have built a truly excellent game that lots of people will want to play, you are doing them a disservice by not communicating your product to them!

You should think about me not as a "marketer" per se, but instead as a creator who will develop a content strategy via a number of approaches that tend to work pretty well when done right.

When you take me on, we will mix and match my Core Services to find a plan that works for your team, your game, and your audience.
Core Services
Social Media Management
I will set up and run your Twitter, Bluesky, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. Plenty of firms can take a few screenshots and AI-generate captions. I know how to follow trends, reply/QRT to hot posts, and get engagement based on whatever is hot that day.
Community Management
I will create/beautify/moderate your Discord, subreddit, or forum pages for you. I am good at planning events and getting the community engaged. This is especially important in multiplayer titles or games with lots of player-generated content, but an active community is important to any game seeking to grow its reach organically.
Influencer Outreach
If you have a demo or review build, I will get it into the hands of the creators and streamers who are most likely to be interested. I will research potential contacts and get hundreds of leads for you. I can handle all the communication myself, and I can even localise my outreach for markets like Germany and Japan.
Public Relations
I am a former games journalist with contacts at Gamer Network (now IGN), MOBAFire, and elsewhere. I know games writers/journalists, and more importantly I know what these people look for. I will write your press releases, publish them where writers can see them, and maximise your chances of the big sites picking up on your game/announcements. I also do blogs, devlogs, Steam announcements, and more.
Email Marketing
Your newsletter is your fan club. Twitter, TikTok, and Discord are all great platforms, but your mailing list has a higher engagement rate by far. Players who believe in a game will subscribe to your newsletter— an instant hotline to your entire community that can never be lost— if they get quality content and not a weekly AI-generated “buy my game” spam email. I am a strong content creator and I will build you a quality newsletter that grows your entire audience.
Promotional Events
Digital festivals, both from Steam and third party groups, are a great means of free marketing. I have a very long back catalog of festivals to draw on. I can find the right events for your game, tell them what they want to hear, and get your game into quite a few of them.
